Did you know your credit union offers full notary service
during business hours at no charge to our members? These services
can include witnessing the signing to documents, the completion
of certain affidavits or the witnessing of an oath for certain
public offices. Just bring in a government issued picture
ID along with the documents. Be sure NOT to sign the documents
until you arrive. Next time you need the services of a notary
– contact the credit union for assistance.
For your convenience, a night depository is located at our
office in 4 Greenway Plaza, next to the ATM machine.
The credit union has two ATM machines for your convenience
located at: 4 Greenway Plaza, outside the credit union office,
and in the lobby of the Park 10 office at 1311 Broadfield
Blvd in Houston. We have additional surcharge-free networks
through the Allpoint/STAR Network.
Outgoing Domestic Wire Transfers can be made Monday through Friday for a nominal fee*. Requests must be received by 3:45 PM CT for same-day transmission. Please provide the wire instructions from your financial institution including: institution name, routing number, telephone number, the account number and the name and physical address of the accountholder. To submit a wire request either call us at 713-232-7744, email to Member Service Department, fax to 713-232-7122 or stop by the credit union. For security reasons, all wire transfers made by email or fax will require telephone verification, so please provide a call back phone number or call us at 713-232-7774 to verify your request.
Outgoing International Wire Transfers can be made Monday through Friday for a nominal fee*. To submit an international wire request, complete the International Wire Transfer form, sign and either email to Member Service Department or fax to 713-232-7122 or stop by the credit union. Transfers can be submitted daily until by 2:30 p.m. Central Time. All transfers received after this time will be transferred on the next business day. For security reasons, all international wire transfers will require telephone verification, so please provide a call back phone number or call us at 713-232-7774 to verify your request.
The process will provide you a prepayment disclosure which will include the amount transferred in funding currency, transfer fees, taxes, the exchange rate and total amount to the recipient. You must approve the prepayment disclosure to proceed with the wire. Once the transfer has been submitted, you will receive the final receipt disclosure with the same information as the prepayment disclosure including date the funds will be available, the recipient information and your error resolution rights.
Transfers may be cancelled for a full refund within 30 minutes of your approval as long as the funds have not been picked up or deposited. For monthly recurring transfers, you must cancel 5 days or more before the scheduled transfer date.
You may waive your approval or the 30 minute waiting period by indicating on the form.
Incoming Wire Transfers are accepted Monday through Friday. Please use the following instructions for both domestic and international to send funds to your account with the credit union. These instructions must be followed exactly or the funds may not be credited to your account. The credit union does not have a SWIFT/BIC code so the wire must go through our U.S. correspondent bank.

Outgoing Domestic Western Unions can be made Monday through Friday for a nominal fee*. Requests must be received by 4:45 PM for same-day transmission. Please provide the name of the recipient, the city and state where they will be picking it up, the sender’s name, address and telephone number. The recipient will need to tell the Western Union office the sender is Catalyst Corporate Federal Credit Union, our correspondent, and have some form of valid picture identification in order to pick up the funds.
